Thank you, Urbanize LA, for featuring LEVER’s NBCUniversal Campus project in Los Angeles. Designed in collaboration with Field Operations, the campus reimagines a traditionally inward-facing office environment as a connected community integrated with nature and green spaces.
The project includes an 11-story, 331,000-square-foot office building, an 84,000-square-foot employee center known as The Commons, and an eight-story parking structure with space for over 1,200 vehicles. Key design elements include a tree-lined pedestrian passage and a central green space that enhances connectivity across the campus. The Commons, a circular structure shaded by a latticed white metal screen, provides amenities such as restaurants and screening rooms and serves as the campus centerpiece.
