NBCUniversal’s newly redesigned Los Angeles headquarters integrates architecture and landscape, creating a campus environment intended to foster connectivity and collaboration. Designed by LEVER with Field Operations, the campus features One Universal, an 11-story, 350,000-square-foot office building that includes open workspaces and outdoor decks with views of the San Gabriel Mountains. An adjacent 84,000-square-foot space, The Commons, functions as a central gathering area and includes a 250-seat theater and screening rooms.
The project prioritizes sustainable design, with both buildings pursuing LEED Platinum certification. Executive architecture was led by House & Robertson Architects, interior design by Studio Shamshiri, and general contracting by Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction. This campus reflects NBCUniversal’s approach to creating a modern, sustainable, and collaborative workspace. Learn more about LEVER's NBCUniversal Campus Project.
