We are proud to share that two of LEVER’s most recent institutional projects earned top honors at the 2021 AIA Oregon Design Excellence Awards! Meyer Memorial Trust was honored with the Architecture 2030 Award, recognizing highly sustainable local projects that meet the rigorous standards of the Architecture 2030 Challenge. Meyer Memorial Trust is among LEVER’s highest performing projects to date, certified LEED Platinum and enrolled in the Energy Trust of Oregon’s Path to Net Zero program. It also earned one of only two Honor Awards given for 2021. Additionally, the Louisa Flowers, an affordable housing project we completed in collaboration with LRS Architects for Home Forward earned a Citation Award.

LEVER Principal Chandra Robinson was also honored at this years’ ceremony as the recipient of the 2021 Young Architect Award, which recognizes the professional achievements of rising local leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to serving the community and growing and improving the profession. This well-deserved honor will come as no surprise to the clients, collaborators, and colleagues who have been lucky enough to work with Chandra so far in her career.

Big congratulations to all the 2021 award-winners across Oregon! We are so proud of our design teams’ work on these projects, and we thank the 2021 jury for their time getting to know our work and our people.
