Housing Oregon will host the 2025 Conference and Awards Gala over two days of workshops and networking opportunities. On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 10:30—11:45 am in Room E146, Chandra Robinson, Principal at LEVER, will present Regenerative Design as a Tool for Restorative Justice in New Affordable Housing Communities.

The session will address how regenerative design restores and enhances natural and human systems to create positive environmental and social impacts. Case studies of Albina One and Dekum Court will be presented, with time for Q&A. The discussion will highlight Albina One as the first project of Albina Vision Trust and Dekum Court’s 187 units of deeply affordable housing in North Portland. Participants will gain insight into regenerative design principles, community engagement, and how these approaches inform affordable housing design. For more information or to register, please visit Housing Oregon's 2025 Conference and Awards Gala.
