News that Framework received approval for a building permit from the State of Oregon and the City of Portland is featured in Architectural Record. This is the first time in the US a high-rise building with a wood structural system has been approved for construction. The permit was granted following a performance-based review process that included more than 40 tests for fire, structural, seismic, and acoustic performance.
