Law360 published a great article highlighting the visionary work of LEVER client Albina Vision Trust, a non-profit based in Portland, Oregon with ambitious plans “to reverse decades of racist land use practices” through equitable, community-driven redevelopment. LEVER is designing AVT’s first project, a 94-unit affordable housing complex called Albina One, which will bring homes and a community center back to a historically Black neighborhood that was demolished to make way for a freeway and a hospital.
