This year's International Mass Timber Conference is March 24-26, and is the largest gathering of mass timber experts in the world. The agenda includes building tours of Portland's most innovative mass timber structures, and will feature two of LEVER's projects currently in construction.

adidas East Village Expansion
This project enhances the adidas Portland, Oregon campus with two new mass timber buildings and employs one million board feet of regional timber. The North Building, a new office structure with below grade parking, deploys an innovative hybrid system made from precast concrete columns and girders infilled with pre-fabricated Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and glulam panels. The South Building is an all mass timber athletic and amenity center, built over an existing concrete parking structure.

Meyer Memorial Trust
The 20,000 sf mass timber headquarters for Meyer Memorial Trust is tracking LEED Platinum, and nearly all materials incorporated into the design are locally-sourced from Oregon. The building's mass plywood structure is comprised of mass plywood panels, beams and columns; and is one of the first all-mass plywood structures in the United States. A variety of wood products certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) are integrated throughout, such as Doulas Fir glulam columns and beams, Douglas Fir veneer panels and trim, and Hemlock wood slat ceilings and walls.
