LEVER is growing and thriving in Los Angeles! Since its official launch in late 2021, our LA Studio has reached thirteen people, settled into a new downtown office space (a temporary address as we search for our long-term home), staffed up on the numerous projects we have underway in Southern California, and ventured out together for adventures and happy hours in the sunshine.

Senior Associate Michael Faulkner leads our LA Studio, joined by a talented crew of architects and designers who bring expertise in commercial, residential, and institutional design: Associate Tye Bailey, Linda Chung, Haley Coughlin, Kevin Lee, Matt Loghmani, Max Moriyama, Justin Oh, Peter Park, Yen Vo, and Johan Wijesinghe. They are also joined by controller Chinita Brazil and Director of Business Development Sigita Moran.

Their diverse skill sets and specialties range from mass timber and low-carbon sustainable design to innovative technology applications and construction administration. Together, they’re keeping us at the forefront of LA’s inspiring design community and shaping LEVER’s culture of creativity and experimentation.
