
The 2025 National Association of Women in Construction Annual Conference (NAWIC) will take place in Boston, Massachusetts from August 19–23, 2025. Organized by NAWIC, this year’s conference marks the organization’s 70th anniversary and includes keynote sessions, networking opportunities with over 1,000 professionals, and 29 breakout sessions focused on skill-building and leadership in the construction industry.
Chandra Robinson, Principal at LEVER, will speak during the keynote session titled Timber Innovators: Women Building the Future, held on Friday, August 22 from 12—2 pm at the Marriott Copley Place. The panel will examine the role of women in advancing mass timber construction, with a focus on innovative design strategies, project management, and sustainable outcomes. Topics include lessons learned from large-scale mass timber projects and current trends in sourcing, material research, and non-structural applications. The discussion will also explore how mass timber can help address housing needs and climate goals.
Robinson will speak alongside Lindsey Davis (Senior Project Manager, Skanska), Whitney Geier (Director of Marketing, Skanska), and Jennifer Eggers (Senior Project Manager, Skanska).
