The Portland Housing Bureau has recommended $13.4M in funding from Metro’s affordable housing bond for Albina One! This recommendation represents a significant step forward for a milestone project in Portland’s Rose Quarter, among the first projects to be developed by Albina Vision Trust. LEVER’s design will provide 94 units of family-focused affordable housing, prioritizing displaced and longtime Black and BIPOC residents of North and Northeast Portland.
