Thank you, Los Angeles Business Council, for recognizing LEVER at the 55th Annual Los Angeles Architectural Awards. The ceremony took place on November 21, 2025, at the Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles. LEVER’s work on NBCUniversal’s Campus Project was acknowledged within the Workplace category, reflecting the project’s role in transforming a historic studio lot into a connected environment with garden workspaces, flexible dining areas, and LEED Platinum buildings.

The project was completed in collaboration with House & Robertson as Architect of Record, Gensler as Interior Designer, Field Operations as Landscape Architect, and Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company as Contractor.
