Thank you, AIA Oregon, for recognizing LEVER at the 2025 Oregon Architecture Awards. The firm received a Citation Award for the NBCUniversal Campus Project and an Honor Award for the Alberta Arts House.

The NBCUniversal Campus Project, designed in collaboration with Field Operations, transforms NBCUniversal’s historic working studio lot into a connected campus inspired by the Southern California landscape. The project includes One Universal, a 350,000-square-foot office building, and The Commons, an 84,000-square-foot circular amenity building featuring theaters, courtyards, and a 1,000-person events center.

The Alberta Arts House in Portland, Oregon, is a compact, single-story home designed for an active couple to age in place comfortably. The house combines contemporary form with grounded materials and is super-insulated with triple-glazed windows and a heat recovery ventilation system for environmentally responsible design.

The evening also honored Thomas Robinson, FAIA, Founding Principal of LEVER, who was elevated to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects for his design leadership and work advancing cross-laminated timber (CLT) technology, along with other Oregon architects recognized for their elevation to Fellowship.

Congratulations to all of the honorees. For more information, please visit AIA Oregon Architecture Awards.
